JAKARTA - Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said it was an opportunity to ensnare the judge in a bribery case Clerk of District Court (PN) North Jakarta, Rohadi.
"The possibility of the development of the investigation is still very possible. At the moment we are scanning the investigators," said Deputy Chairman of the Commission, Basaria Panjaitan at KPK building, Jakarta, Thursday (06/16).
In the investigation to be made, further Basaria, KPK investigators will dig alleged involvement of judge in this bribery case.
"Negotiations prosecutors and judges are still in development, but the investigators prediction did stop to the clerk and no canal up? There has been able to prove it, but still explored the development process of the investigation," said Basaria.
Especially in string operation (OTT) in North Jakarta, the investigators also found money amounting to Rp700 million in car Rohadi.
"Money in the car is found. From information Rp700 million," said Basaria.
Not known the origin of the money. KPK investigators are still studying the origin and allocation of the money. Rohadi also be confirmed about the money
"Until the current examination is not guaranteed (Rp700 million) for what it is," said Basaria.

In this case, the Commission has set four suspects. They are namely, Clerk of District Court of North Jakarta Rohadi, has been named as a suspect recipient of bribes and suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or b or Article 11 of Law No. 31 of 1999 on Corruption as amended Act No. 20 of 2001 junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 of the 1st Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, two Saipul lawyers namely Berthanatalia Ruruk Kariman and Kasman Sangaji along with Saipul brother, Samsul Hidayatullah suspect bribe giver. All three are charged under Article 5 paragraph 1 letter a or b or Article 13 of the Anti-Corruption Act junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code to-1.
