JAKARTA - After reported former fiancee dangdut singer Zaskia Gotik, Vicky Prasetyo to the Central Police Services (SPK) Polda Metro Jaya on charges of fraud and embezzlement of funds worth Rp200 million, now Fania Nada officially took Elza Syarief as her lawyer .
"Elements of Article 378 of the Criminal Code on fraud and embezzlement have been met, the evidence was already complete," said Elza at his office recently.

"After that he requested Rp200 million for my promo and entered television program. And he said in three months will be Rp1 billion from the promo," he explained.
However, the promise only living promises. What was once asked Vicky to Fania never materialized. Despite giving Rp200 million, Fania never get what ever promised by Vicky. In fact, Vicky disappeared and difficult to contact.
"The problem is, Rp200 million was not my personal money. It was not the money I had and until now there is no news," she said.
Since disappeared, Fania kept trying to charge Vicky to reimburse Rp200 million.
