Allegedly Slap, Ridwan Kamil Accuses the Driver Illegal

BANDUNG - A public transport driver, Taufik Hidayat reported the mayor of Bandung, Ridwan Kamil to the West Java Police on allegations of torture.

A spokesman for the West Java Police, Commissioner Sulistio Pudjo said the report posted on Saturday, March,19, 2016. While slap incident occurred on the previous day.

"Reported suspected of RK, the mayor of Bandung," said Pudjo told reporters on Sunday (20/3).
Pudjo said the incident began when Taufik raise upward conveyance of passengers at the town square of Bandung.

"Suddenly there came using electric bicycles approached and asked: maneh urang mana? (where are you come from?) Then hit three times to the left cheek and right, and hit to the abdomen two times," said Pudji.

The report, currently still under investigation by Directorate General Criminal Investigation team. Ridwan Kamil accused of using article 351 the Code of Criminal Law.

"Later reported will be questioned," he said.

Ridwan Kamil in a Twitter account, tried to clarify the relevant statements. Ridwan said that the reporter is illegal transportation drivers.
