Kemenpora Asked PSSI for Absence Match Fixing and Cartels Patterns in National Football

JAKARTA - Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Imam Nahrawi revealed a number of requirements related to revoking freezing of PSSI. Terms were delivered also during a working meeting with the Commission X of the House of Representatives (DPR) on Wednesday (2/3).
One of the requirements that must be met is the Ad Hoc Team PSSI obligation to ensure approval by FIFA to the establishment of a small team. It is the result of an initial commitment of FIFA representatives during audiences with the President Joko Widodo in 2015 ago.
Ad Hoc Committee also obliged to submit a progress report related to internal restructuring organizations of the PSSI. This allows the governance of the national football be professional, accountable and transparent.
These nine requirements from government so that PSSI sanctions can be lifted:
1. Ensuring the existence or presence of the government in the governance of the national football conducted by PSSI through watchdogs and tight control by the government.
2. Ensure the existence of a system of reporting and accountability PSSI to the AFC and FIFA, that government involvement in the improvement of governance at the national football PSSI is a form of government responsibility and not as a form of government intervention.
3. Promoting adherence to national legal systems.
4. PSSI consistently committed to improving the governance of football for the increased interest of national football sports performance.
5. Ensure the accountability of public disclosure in the form of reporting or publication.
6. Ensuring a sustainable development patterns and competition are professional, qualified, and transparent.
7. Ensure the absence of match-fixing and cartels patterns in the management of the national football and the fulfillment guarantee of protection for professional sports people.
8. Ensure the achievement of the national team's achievement as the first winner in the event: 1) the AFF Cup in 2016; 2) SEA Games in 2017; 3) Passed Pre-Qualification World Cup 2018; and 4) Asian Games XVIII in 2018;
9. Accelerate the convening of the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) as expected by the government with regard to FIFA statutes must be implemented no later than the end of April 2016.
