DILI - Many Indonesia citizen did not know if East Timor's, neighbours country who had also been a part of Indonesia started to roll out a professional football league. Yes, East Timor Football Federation (FFTL) for the first time held a professional league club in 2016 with name of Liga Futebol Amadora.
To enliven once hoist the league achievement that will begin in March 2016, one of the league's clubs participants FC Porto Taibesse plans to pick players from Indonesia.
It posed one of the players who is also assistant coach of FC Porto Taibesse, Miro Baldo Bento on his personal Facebook account recently.
"FC Porto Taibesse ready to hunt players from Indonesia," wrote Bento, a player who had been a mainstay of Indonesia's senior national team without elaborating who those Indonesian footballer who so coveted club.
But the news was widely heard, Indonesian national team striker and Persipura Jayapura, Boaz Solossa, Hamka Hamzah and Ferdinand Sinaga which began to be the target in order to increase the quality of the team from Dilli.
Bento itself realized if Boaz opportunity to move to the club was small, but the club admitted to not despair.
"If we offer a suitable contract, we want Boaz to try to play in East Timor. He stars who would make the better Amadora League, after three players from ISL," said Bento as reported Bola.com.
"Maybe if difficult contracted Boaz for one season, at some time we would like to invite him to be a guest star or give a coaching clinic," he hoped.
FC Porto Taibesse itself does not want to lose to competitors, Karketu Dili FC who recently brought a trio of footballers Indonesia, Titus Bonai, Patrich Wanggai, and Maman Abdulrahman. All three players have undergone debut in the play-off League East Timor.
This time, FC Porto Taibesse with Carsae FC, Karketu Dili FC, SLB Benfica, AS Ponta Leste, DIT, Aitana, Academica FC qualify a participant Amadora League East Timor.
