BEIRUT - Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, leader of ISIS, called uprising in Saudi Arabia and vowed to attack Israel. This promise he relayed via an audio message on Saturday.

"And soon, soon God willing, you will hear the tramp of the mujahideen ... We're getting close to you from day to day," he said.
Baghdadi appeared for the first time and also the last in the summer of 2014 in Mosul, northern Iraq, which is controlled by ISIS middle.
