17 Years Adipura Never Arrive, Emil Teary Eyes

BANDUNG - Seventeen years already Bandung waiting Adipura come back. And this year, that desire come true. Bandung back is seen as an area that is capable of maintaining cleanliness and environmental management.

The strategy, according to him is done so that Bandung could look clean when residents started its work each morning. Janitor working for three hours. Starts at 03.00 pm until 06.00 am in the morning dawn.

"If it works out that there are seven-thirty in the morning. So if we go to work are still visible there is garbage piled up. Hopefully with this management reform's main street the morning already relatively clean," said Ridwan.
