JAKARTA - This young director mentioned there is a fundamental difference in the Indonesian film industry with the United States (US).
"In US, the production house (PH) only makes films and distributes its business to distributors. But in Indonesia, PH must be multi talented. Make movies, promote and also distribute it," said Livi Zheng on the sidelines of 'Diaspora Global Summit 2017' in Jakarta, Monday (21/8).
Livi is now introducing the latest movie 'Bali: Beats of Paradise' in Indonesia after two previous films, one of which is waiting to air in 2017. This promotional function is what he is currently doing.

"If others contribute in the form of materials and technology to Indonesia, I try to contribute to introduce and promote Indonesian culture to the international world through film media," said Livi.
