JAKARTA - Still remember Veronica Koman? One of Basuki T Purnama (Ahok) supporter who marched in front of Cipinang Detention Center when Ahok was arrested after a two years verdict reading on Tuesday (9/5).
Today, Veronica reported to Jakarta Police for alleged humiliation to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) by a man named Kan Hiung. Report wit number: TBL/2314/V/2017/PMJ/Dit.Reskrimum was sent by Kan because he felt contents of Veronica oration during demonstration for release Ahok in Cipinang, misleading and insulting President Jokowi.
"As a citizen I feel hurt by words of him who insulted President Jokowi. This could make level of public confidence decline, resulting domestic noise, Veronica's remark can be misleading," Kan said in Jakarta on Saturday (13/5).
Veronica, he continued, not only insulted President Jokowi, but also called the former regime of President SBY is not good. The content of Veronica's oration is seen to make the international degrade Indonesia more. Other countries confidence in Indonesia could be reduced.
"The President is a symbol of a country that must be respected, if everyone speaks freely and shouts insulting our president, what the world says, and if there is an international media covering this, international confidence to Indonesia is declining," he said.

When reporting, Kan who accompanied his lawyer, Ferry Juan handed pieces of CD recording and some news coverage related Veronica's oration as evidence of inquiry. On this report ,Veronica Koman will be charged under Article 137 of the Criminal Code and is under penalty of one year in prison.
"I appreciate the efforts of the complainant to make the good of the leader, the negative impact of Veronica action on international, they can increasingly casually harass of Indonesia," said Ferry Juan.
