SURABAYA - Minister of Research, Technology and High Education (Menristekdikti), M Nasir gives free to State Universities with Legal Entity (PTN-BH) to raise funds from public.
The government even grants PTN-BH to pay rector up to Rp100 million per month.
This was conveyed by Nasir after the ceremony of National Education Day (Hardiknas) 2017 which was followed by the inauguration of the Research Building at the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya on Tuesday (2/5).
"Please, rector can be paid Rp100 million (per month) or Rp15 million (per month). Important, the international journal publications get target. In future, target of international journal publications will be increased from 1,000 (titles) per year to 1,250 and 1,500 per year," said Nasir.
He reminded, in the future the lecture no longer requires building, classroom and limited in one country. With lectures in the network (online) or online make lectures become paperless.
