JAKARTA - Celebration of 2017 Chinese New Year welcomed by Morrissey Hotel with special menu. This is the first time this hotel serves special menu a to enliven Imlek moment this year.
"We serve a special menu with Imlek distinctive taste cuisine from 18 January to early February," said General Manager Morrisey, Wisnu Reza in Jakarta, recently.
Talk about menu, there are 12 special menu is offered. Consisting of two appetizers, five main courses and three desserts. For beverage three drink also available which is identical to China.
For the appetizer menu, visitors can choose two alternatives of szcuha enoki mushroom, the crunchy fried enoki mushrooms that taste spicy, savory and garlic flavor that is felt on the tongue, combined with edamame
Or for those who prefer a heavier appetizer and fry can choose hot and sour chicken mushroom, which has a fresh, slightly sour and tasted ginger when enjoyed it.

For the main menu, the dish of choice first five salty egg prawns that when bitten will leave alloy taste of egg and shrimp were quite mild on the tongue.
Singapore style chilli crab is a crab mixed with spicy seasoning. This menu can be enjoyed with extra mantau which makes blend of sweetness and savory spicy from the chili crab and provides enough sensation shake up the tongue.
