Finally, Singapore Lauds Indonesia Tax Amnesty Policy

BATAM - Singaporean government has expressed its support to Indonesias tax amnesty policy.
"Singapore lauds Indonesias tax amnesty program," said Singapores Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Mohamad Maliki Osman stated during his visit to Batam, Riau Islands.
The minister remarked that the program had met international standards.
"The Singaporean government will not prevent the implementation of the tax amnesty program," he reiterated.
He affirmed that the Singaporean government would continue to support and work together with its Indonesian counterpart.
Previous, tax amnesty policy or remission of taxes carried President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) make neighboring countries such as Singapore stifling. Not wanting to be missed, Singapore likely to be issued incentive to withhold funding Indonesian community there.
