JAKARTA - The number of people think the perception of mobile banking insecure and some troublesome things trying to be broken.

Permata Bank introduces the latest innovations in mobile banking is a technology Smart CX from PermataMobile. Smart CX technology enables users of mobile banking more convenient, secure and comfortable when making a transaction.

"Our biggest challenge is to change the paradigm of mobile banking is already embedded in society. PermataMobile with Smart CX technology is the answer to the ease, security and convenience in mobile banking transactions," explains Bianto Surodjo, Retail Banking Director of Permata Bank, recently.

Based on a survey that has been done Permata Bank, 57 percent of customers are already comfortable with using PermataNet access banking transactions and ATM. Comfort they feel makes them difficult to move, plus the perception of obstacles understanding the features and the vulnerability of the existing security system in mobile banking.

If viewed more deeply, it is returned to the habits of each individual to access their banking transactions. Such trends became one of the factors that make people reluctant to move from the old technology access to new technologies.

"We added technology Smart CX in Permata Mobile. Smart CX is an abbreviation of Simple, Easy, Safe, Responsive and Integrated when using mobile banking applications," continued Biantoro.

To protect any banking transaction, PermataMobile equipped with authentication stage transaction in the form of One Time Password (OTP) contains a response code that will be sent to the phone number listed on the Mobile gem system, each customer transaction.
