POSO - Two terrorists of the Santoso-led mujahideen group, who had been shot dead in Napu, Poso regency, were foreigners.

Central Sulawesi Police Chief, Brig.Gen. Rudy Sufahriadi stated, two terrorists, identified as Nuretin alias Abdul and Magalasi Bahtusan alias Farok, were of Uigur ethnicity and came from Sinjang province of China. The bodies of both terrorists were transported to the Bhayangkara public hospital in Palu for identification.

As part of the identification process, the police have involved Zaelani, one of the members of the Santoso-led terrorist group, who had been caught alive during an earlier security operation.
